Ordered a pair of wellies for my husband for Christmas. They took the payment twice and despite me contacting them straight away to ask what was going on, they sent and charged me for 2 pairs.

Straight away I asked to return one and they said they would refund the return postage. They didn’t refund the item for weeks and weeks. When they finally did, they deducted nearly £7 for literally no reason. I had to email back and forth around 10 times to get a few pounds refund at a time, until eventually getting the whole amount. Customer service is absolutely useless. I didn’t get the refund on the promised return costs until the end of jan, they then sent it through PayPal so it deducted fees anyway!!

I had to return the original pair I bought as they came up really small. Only just got the refund now, yes February. And guess what they deducted £6 for costs for returning apparently.

Would never order from them ever again!! Wasted so much of my time just trying to communicate with them. No phone number obviously, cos they don’t actually want to speak to you!

Ordered some shoes on 19/01/2023 and was advised they would arrive on 26/01/2023. Unfortunately LTS uses Evri as their courier… alarms bells should have started ringing in my head…
I received an email from Evri advising that my parcel would be delivered on 21/01/2023 but despite me being at home all day I was shocked to see receive an email from Evri advising that they tried but were unable to deliver my parcel. I tried to contact Evri but of course I cannot actually speak to a person so had to settle for an online enquiry form. Evri have since emailed me to say that there is a delay on my parcel but have not bothered to provide any further information!

Why companies decide to use this unreliable and frankly pathetic courier company I will never understand but if I do not receive my parcel in the next few days I will have no choice to request a full refund.
